Data we use
Pal Rally stores account, session, settings, social, game, push, and support data to operate and secure the service, communicate with you, provide support, and measure reliability. Product events use internal IDs.
Providers
Cloudflare hosts the app, data, and email. Login and push providers receive data needed for those services. When enabled, Google Analytics receives page, referrer, browser, device, and approximate location data, but no names, email addresses, or game content. Google ad signals are off. We do not sell data or use ad trackers. See how Google uses data from sites using its services.
Retention and choices
Sessions expire in 30 days, raw events in 90, and resolved reports in one year. Account deletion removes account and settings data and anonymizes game history; Cloudflare recovery may retain copies temporarily. Cookie settings controls analytics, which stays off where consent is required. Settings controls notifications and deletion. Use Support for other requests. Pal Rally is not for children under 13.
